wasn't able to update last night as my brother was asleep. To people who were clueless about what i was talking the other day, this is it. My company turns 3 yesterday, and we went Raffles Hotel for lunch,boss pays for it, no worries! Had to get myself dressed up and all, but it was worthwhile afterall. Like the name, Raffles, its such a grand place, the moment I reached there by cab, no worries, someone will open the door for moi and you're greeted with SMILES! great! It was a lunch buffet, and i wasn't really comfortable the moment i stepped into the Bars and Billards. Coz' i am surrounded by Businessman, tourist, Ang-mohs. None at my age. The ambience was good, just a little too noisy, like what director had said. The food was awesome, i manage to get some fresh seafood, FRESH OYSTER, and a type of Japanese crab, and when i was about to take the lobster, geez, its gone! The japanese crab taste "amariiiiiiiiiii, totemo oiishii desu neh" It taste sweet and light. Really sweet. Well, stop drooling will you~~~ hahaha. i manage to get myself to taste almost all the food there, in little portion of course, just like a degustation meal. The dessert was great too, and the cakes, i can't help but to get myself all the 3 different types. Strawberry Cheesecakes, Chocolate Truffle (this is really good) and i forgot the other one! Had a great time chatting with colleagues and enjoying this sumptous meal! If ever have the chance, get yourself dress up and go there for lunch, but it ain't cheap! haha.
